“We had the best stay @ Courtney's place! It was even better than the pictures, if that was even possible! Such a stunning apartment with tons of space, beautiful furniture/fixtures, and the balcony is so lovely. Oh and so CLEAN. 🫧🙌 Courtney was super responsive, especially when we asked to arrange an early check-in, last minute! The location is so great...walkable to many top-notch bars & cafes in the midtown/music row neighborhood, which was such a nice/needed switch-up from Downtown, some nights! Ubers from the AirBnb to Broadway were only about $10-15 dollars and about $30 to the Opry. Highly recommend booking Courtney's spot...we will most certainly be back again!”

“Courtney and this property exceeded our expectations. Our trip to Nashville was an important one for my family. We are a fun-loving, close knit group that appreciate the finer things, yet we have special needs that are all-too-often difficult to find when we get away -- special dietary needs require us to cook wherever we go, environmental sensitivities, etc. From the time of our booking until we checked out from our stay, we felt at home. My family relaxed. The Penthouse was immaculate, airy, peaceful. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. Courtney provided all the supplies we needed. And she was SO RESPONSIVE & KIND. We can't recommend this property or Courtney any higher. 6-stars! And when we come back to Nashville, we will return (hopefully) to stay again. So grateful.”

“In a few words, it was home away from home. The minute you walk in, it is spotless clean, everything you can possibly need is there; disposables, dishes, garbage bags, coffee etc. lots of restaurants are walking distance. Really nice pool, the 5th floor with the pool table was the best, great view while you enjoy your evening. Courtney was the best, she is excellent, responds asap, after my check in, she offered to help in whatever way she could. The best place to stay without any doubt. Thank you so much, we enjoyed every bit of our stay.”

“We had such a wonderful stay in Nashville! The location in Music Row couldn't have been better—close to all the action but tucked away enough to feel relaxing and safe. The place was spotless, stylish, and had all the little touches that made it feel like home. Check-in was seamless, and the host was responsive and helpful with great local recommendations. We especially loved being able to walk to restaurants, live music spots, and coffee shops. I'd absolutely stay here again next time I'm in Nashville!”

“We had a wonderful stay at Courtney's penthouse! Everything was brand new and beautifully styled, and the condo felt very private and quiet. The spacious porch with its beautiful view quickly became our favorite spot to relax. The location was excellent. It was close to Vanderbilt, walkable to nice coffee shops, and a quick trip downtown. “the penthouse was perfect for our trip to Nashville! the location was conviently located within walking distance to all the fun honky tonks. The pool was nice and relaxing. The beds were very comfortable. we loved sitting on the private balcony having our coffee in the mornings a drinks at the end our of days. If we ever make it back to nashvile I will definitely choose to stay at the penthouse again.”
